Cardio and strength movement combinations patterned to maximize the resistance of the water. Variety of aquatic equipment such as water gloves, ankle weights, resistance bends, water noodles and dumbbells are used to complement water resistance and strengthen your body. Both swimmers and non-swimmers can participate.
Yoqua

A perfect marriage between YOga and aQUAtic exercise YOQUA is a series of yoga postures and movements for strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. The class concludes with floatation session accompanied by mind/body meditation. Soft music will provide a calming atmosphere.
Aquatic Circuit

Is a type of fitness routine performed in water, where participants rotate through a series of different exercise stations targeting various aspects of fitness, such as strength, endurance, and balance and utilizing specialized aquatic equipment such as aqua dumbbells or noodles. Unlike land-based exercises, the water provides resistance and support, allowing for low-impact workouts that are gentler on joints while still building muscle and improving cardiovascular health. Aquatic circuits cater to a wide range of fitness levels, from rehabilitation to professional athletes.
