I am a Certified Wellness and Weight Management Consultant as well as a Holistic Nutritionist and Aquatic Fitness and Therapy Specialist based in Singapore.

Before setting up my own Wellness Counselling business, I have been working as a Chief Nutritionist and Wellness Consultant for the prestigious Covette Aesthetic Clinic. My interview on the topic of the interconnection between dietary habits and physical wellbeing has been featured in the March 2018 issue of the New York Times Style Magazine Singapore.

Prior to working in Singapore, I held the position of Holistic Health Manager at the world renowned Chivasom International Health Resort in Hua Hin, Thailand.
